📦 ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted for your safety.

Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we pack and ship orders as fast as possible, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes or cancel it. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

Q3: Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Q4: How long will it take to get my package?

  • Processing Time: It takes 1-3 business days to verify, pack, and quality-check your clothes before they leave our warehouse.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive in major countries (US, Mexico, Canada, Europe).

Q5: Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $69.9. For orders under $69.9, standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99. We also offer Expedited Shipping for $13.99 if you need your items sooner.

Q6: How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website’s "Track Your Order" page, or plug it into global tracking sites like 17track.net. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Q7: How do I choose the right size?

Since we specialize in modern streetwear and high-quality hoodies, fit is everything! We provide a highly detailed Size Guide on every product page. We recommend measuring a hoodie or shirt you already own that fits you perfectly, and comparing those measurements to our chart. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for that perfect relaxed look.

Q8: How should I wash and care for my amziwear clothes?

To keep your clothes looking fresh and new, we highly recommend washing them inside out in cold water with similar colors. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly on any printed graphics or embroidered details.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q9: What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Q10: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • If we sent you the wrong item, wrong size, or if the product arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the cost and send you a replacement or full refund.

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or because you ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q11: How long does it take to get my refund?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. This typically takes 3-7 business days for our warehouse to process, and another 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
